Returns & Refunds

At NOVEX, all purchases are considered final sale unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

We do not accept returns or issue refunds for reasons including, but not limited to, change of mind, incorrect size selection, fit preference, personal preference, or dissatisfaction with the item's color, finish, texture, material, or appearance when the item is consistent with the product listing.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, has a manufacturing defect, or you received an incorrect item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

To request a return contact novex@novexproductions.com for an eligible issue, please provide:

• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Clear photos or videos showing the damage, defect, or incorrect item

Please do not return an item without contacting NOVEX first. We will review your request and provide return instructions if the issue qualifies.

If the item is confirmed to be damaged, defective, or incorrectly fulfilled, NOVEX may provide a replacement or refund, depending on the circumstances and product availability.

Condition of Returned Items

Unless the issue itself prevents the item from being returned in its original condition, eligible items must be returned:

• Unworn
• Unwashed
• Unaltered
• Free of stains, odors, damage, or other signs of use
• With original tags and packaging, when applicable

Items that have been worn, washed, altered, damaged, or otherwise used may not qualify for a return or refund.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method after the returned item has been received and inspected.

Please allow your payment provider additional processing time for the refund to appear in your account.

Order Accuracy

Customers are responsible for reviewing their order details, including product, size, color, and quantity, before completing their purchase. NOVEX is not responsible for incorrect selections made by the customer.

If NOVEX sends an item that does not match the customer's order, please contact us within 14 days of delivery so we can assist.
